Ranjit Bains

Ranjit joined CLP in February 2015.  He has worked in general civil litigation undertaking advocacy in the County Court around the country.  He developed an interest in the law of Landlord & Tenant.  On joining CLP he initially assisted with the Duty Possession Scheme at Birmingham County Court.  During his training contract he trained in Housing, Public, and Social Security law (including work in the Social Security Tribunal).   Ranjit was the instructed caseworker on Birmingham City Council v Mondhlani [2015] EW MISC B41.  He qualified as a Solicitor on 15 September 2017.  Ranjit is a Solicitor-Advocate (Higher Courts Civil and Criminal Proceedings).
