We are pleased to announce that CLP, in conjunction with Herefordshire CAB, are now able to provide a Legal Aid service to those facing homelessness or repossession in Herefordshire.

Three of our solicitors, Laura Carter, Simon Foster, and Fiona McGilvray are currently acting for clients who live in Herefordshire. We have teamed up with Herefordshire Citizens Advice Bureau who refer clients to us when they can find no local solicitor who can help. The CAB, under threat of losing its core funding, will also facilitate meetings with clients, as we are conscious that the trip in to Birmingham is prohibitively expensive for most. We are happy to travel to provide this service.
