This is an update to our report below in this section about the High Court judgment in the case of LB Bromley v Persons Unknown & London Gypsies and Travellers (LGT).

In giving her final order, Mulcahy J has given LB Bromley permission to appeal to the Court of Appeal. LGT will be continuing with their intervention in this matter represented by Marc Willers QC and Tessa Buchanan with CLP as their solicitors. Watch this space!
