Josie joined CLP in 2026 having worked as a housing and public law solicitor since she qualified at Greater Manchester Law Centre in 2022. She specialises in homelessness cases for people with no recourse to public funds under community care and asylum support legislation. She also works on cases involving possession proceedings, Part 7 homelessness and public law challenges, including a recent challenge to an unlawful allocations policy.
