The Welsh Government are consulting on the introduction of the MHA on to Welsh local authority Gypsy/Traveller sites. This will bring in security of tenure on these sites for the first time. The deadline for submissions is 29th March 2013. Our submission is here:-

The Low Commission is a Commission independent of Government which is looking into the effects of the Legal Aid reforms and especially the effects of the Legal Aid Act 2012.
